Don't worry, none of this came out of your money. These were on me. It wasn't much but I'll tell you, for them it was another Christmas.
Thanks to lady in the store, she gave us 10% discount and digital watches (real Chinese-made also!) after hearing whom all of it was for.
It seriously felt like the Christmas. After getting their own backpack with the clothes in it, they proudly ran to their mother to show what they got. Not until this had I seen Melania laugh. Now she did.

Dad, Nicolas, was there too. He told that this was a blessing which he quite doesn't understand.

The last year he hardly was able to buy everything needed. This year he didn't have any savings and was struggling how to get any of this stuff to even one of his kids. I had no clue of this.

They thanked me and allowed me to pray for them. What an honor. In change, they blessed me. Awesome.
Once again, I learned a lot of Spanish that day trying to adjust their watches (for some reason, they really didn't work that well). The most important phrase I used that evening wasn't about a clock, though. It was:
”No de mi. De Jesús.”
